Our mission is to create quality condo homes of distinctive style that owners enjoy and are proud to call home.
Palisades Estates Condominiums, located in the heart of the Fox Cities in an urban township called the Village of Fox Crossing, is Palisades Properties, Inc.’s only real estate development, meaning you get the attention you deserve.
Palisades Properties, Inc. has been managed by William (Bill) Degeneffe since its inception in 1996, and is owned by Bill and two other partners. A resident of Neenah for more than 30 years, Bill works with a team of well-established subcontractors to build quality condos here in the Fox Cities. He has been in the commercial real estate business locally for more than 25 years and is a 1978 graduate of UW-Madison.
Development of Palisades Estates Condominiums began in 2005 when Palisades Properties constructed the underground utilities and roadways for Palisades Estates Condominiums. The first condo building was completed in the spring of 2007 across from Palisades Park. As of March 2020, we have completed 41 condo homes and have 16 yet to build (8 duplexes).
The condo association PECOA, Inc. (formerly Palisades Estates Condominium Owners’ Association, Inc.) governs Palisades Estates. The group of owners select their own Officers and Board members who manage the affairs of the association.
Currently, the association charges each homeowner $125 per month (paid quarterly) for lawn care, snow removal, common-area insurance and administration.
This monthly fee is determined by PECOA, Inc. The Declaration, Bylaws, and other condominium documents are available upon request and must be reviewed by prospective buyers before purchasing a condo home in Palisades Estates.
